Skillstats is where we support our people to baseline and grow their skills!
We are building a collection of different skills audits – simple online assessments to measure your confidence levels against a model.
Once completed, along with your results, you will be provided with a range of learning resources, so you can put together a learning plan to improve your score the next time you take the assessment!
You can access Skillstats from any device – it’s been designed to work well with smartphones.

That’s why we are running the digital confidence skills assessment – to understand how people feel about this vital skillset, and how we can help them improve.
You’ll get your own bespoke results, along with a range of learning resources to help you move on in your understanding, while helping us develop the picture across the Council.
